I may have grown up in the desert that is West Texas, but the mountains are what I call home. The mountains are where all four elements of nature come together to  continuously change the face of the Earth. It's a place where you can stand and observe the constant grind of nature on its mission to maintain the world around us. 

 

My favorite landscapes are all found within the alpine wonderlands of New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, and Canada. I'm always plotting my return to one of these destinations.
